The school is a reflection of society in that part. A democratic society involves a school that lives and practices of democracy. Our rights, our freedoms and our responsibilities rest on our independence and responsibility. One way to work these issues from the proposed center coexistence, where it articulates the life of the school. Education in values required to live with them in all spheres of our lives. Education in values also means educating the ability to evaluate. This capability allows us to assess people were free, critical, fair and supportive, aware of the reality of our immediate surroundings and the global context in general and committed to humanity, with future generations and the sustainability of the planet. In accordance with these considerations, the proposed center coexistence can be based on the following three blocks of values in which we can fit the values, understood as our life choices: a) the value of the person human dignity, b) the value of democracy and citizenship, and c) the value of equality and difference.
