Revista de Historia Industrial – Industrial History Review núm. 92
Ramon Ramon-Muñoz, Gabriele Cappelli (eds.)
Founded in 1992, Revista de Historia Industrial – Industrial History Review (RHI-IHR) is a pioneering journal indexed in the most prestigious international databases. It promotes historical research into the processes of industrialization and the social, economic, institutional, environmental, and demographic transformations associated with them. With a global scope and an inclination toward methodological diversity, RHI-IHR publishes original papers in English and Spanish in three regular issues each year. The current issue explores comparative development in colonial Africa. It starts by reviewing the evolution of African economic history since 2000 and includes research on gender and spatial inequality in living standards, fiscal and military capacity building, and labour market transformations, covering several territories in British, French, and Portuguese Africa. Five book reviews complete this issue.
